I'm Ashley, and this is my true story. Story of my life, love, grief, and rise.

My husband, Shane, generated the idea of me as a businesswoman. He always wanted me to start a business because he believed in me and knew I could handle it. I didn't know what I wanted to do, but God decided for me. Shane got into a horrible accident. The consequences were awful. I was fighting for him, caring for and loving him more than ever. He was on bed rest for two years.

After two years, he learned how to walk again and spend time with our little boys, right when I thought thing were getting back to “normal”, tragedy happened again. My husband got sick. Sick to the point that he lost the ability to live a normal life.

He couldn’t speak, walk, he was in a complete vegetative state. I or my boys didn’t think he knew who we were. And again, it was time for me to fight for him. I cared for him, was always by his side, and believed that a miracle would happen one day. Five years later, at 2 in the morning, Shane peacefully passed away in his bed. I was ruined, destroyed. The grief and sorrow took my heart and soul, and I was not sure about my tomorrow.

But then a miracle happened. Shortly after the funeral, I received a gift from someone I didn't know. I was in church, and this woman came to me and gave me a necklace with my beloved husband's ashes inside. It turned out my family and friends was behind it, and I greatly appreciated this gesture, this idea. This gift gave me a boost. I was holding my beloved husband in my heart and near. This necklace meant the world to me, like Shane and I were together again.

Thanks to my kids and the support of family and friends, I slowly started to recover. I again felt hope, confidence, and encouragement and made new friends. I started caring even more about people because of a absolute strangers' support.

For five years after Shane passed away, I had been trying to move on with my life, raise our kids the way daddy wanted, help people and try to find the peace in my soul. And then a miracle happened. I met Nick.

The one significant person in my life who cares about me, who knows me better than I know myself. A person whom I love and whom I trust. Nick is a person who believes in me, who taught me how to breathe again and to be happy. Three years later, since we met, we got married. And we had a beautiful wedding, where we shared vows that we take very seriously.

Nick knows my story. He doesn't get jealous and respects my memory of Shane. Nick wants me to be happy and provides me complete support with what I am doing. He inspires me, and I am encouraging him to try new beginnings. I love him, and I appreciate that God blessed me with such a genuine person in my life.

Thanks to Nick, I got stronger and more confident and decided to do something significant in my life. Again I have someone by my side who believes in me and knows I am capable of many beautiful things.

Shane believed in me, and Nick believes in me. So what could I do? I started researching, trying to figure out a direction where to go, and one day I made the first step.

I posted my first product on Facebook, and it sold. I couldn't believe it. Then I posted another one, and it sold again! So I start to believe in myself and creating and selling. It is how Made With Love by Ashley LLC. became alive.

I had so many orders. People loved my stuff, and I couldn't believe it! How lucky am I!

Soon I had to hire help. My team is made up of fantastic people who are loving, caring, passionate about creativity, and sincerely care about customers' happiness.
